Ian Party

born in Lausanne in 1977, lives and works in Lausanne, Switzerland as a typedesigner. After studying at the ECAL (Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne) in Lausanne, Switzerland, Ian completed a master in typedesign at the Royal Academy of Arts (KABK) in The Hague.

He is the cofounder of B&P Typefoundry with Maxime Buechi in 2004

He teaches type design at the ECAL, Lausanne since 2005
